A magnitude 7.0 aftershock hit Japan on Monday causing a temporary power outage at the crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant. The aftershock hit immediately following a nation-wide moment of silence to mark one month since a massive earthquake and resulting tsunami ravaged the country.
