Magnitude 6.5 Earthquake Hits Japan

A magnitude 6.5 earthquake was reported at 7:23am Japan time off the Eastern coast of Honshu. A small tsunami warning has been issued for the Miyagi Prefecture. Tsunami waves are expected to be at or near 1.6 feet in height.
