Cheddar Cheese Beer Bread

* This recipe does not require yeast!

Ingredients:

– 3 Cups Flour
– 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar)
– 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
– 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
– 2 Tsp Salt
– 1 Cup Beer
– 1 Egg (Beaten)
– 2 Tsp Garlic Powder
– 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
– 1/4 Cup Water
– 3 Tbsp Olive Oil


1) In large bowl mix all dry ingredients.
2) In small bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
3) Add wet mixture into dry mixture & stir.
4) Pour into greased & floured loaf pan.
5) Bake at 350° F for 45 to 50 minutes until loaf is lightly browned.
