Arab League Proposes UN “No-Fly” Zone Over Gaza

The Arab League on Sunday announced that they will ask the United Nations to  impose a “No-Fly” zone over Gaza. According to the Jerusalem Post, Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa made the announcement after an emergency meeting in Cairo, Egypt.

Weeks ago, the Arab League also recommended imposing a no-fly zone over Libya.

The implementation of a no-fly zone over Gaza would essentially amount to UN lead military strikes against Israel.
